With a color palette and theme Sunshine like the photo above. So, here's my layout to that....

| You are My Sunshine I've used an old collection paper from My Mind's Eye called Lush. Draw the clouds myself before cutting them to pieces.... and then I added the transparency banner from American Craft to add an effects for rain....And for the sun, I stamped in a circle to create a sunrise effect...
